** Help Find Vipin Gupta: A Family's Desperate Search for a Missing Loved One*

Vipin Gupta Missing in Bengaluru Wife’s Heartfelt Plea for Help After Police Inaction and Suspicious Withdrawal

Vipin Gupta Disappeared Over a Week Ago; Suspicious Bank Withdrawal Raises Concerns A 37-year-old tech professional from Lucknow, Vipin Gupta, has been missing in Bengaluru for over a week, sparking growing concern among his family and friends. Gupta, who had relocated to Bengaluru for work, was last seen on August 4 in the Tatanagar area of Kodigehalli.

Mysterious Disappearance

According to his wife, Sriparna Dutta, Vipin was last spotted around 12:42 pm on August 4. At the time, he was wearing a beige jacket and dark brown track pants and was riding his green Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle with the registration number DL12SM 79995. Sriparna revealed that her husband had left without a bag.

Suspicious Bank Withdrawal

Just 25 minutes after Vipin was last seen, Rs 1.8 lakh was withdrawn from his bank account. Furthermore, his phone has been off since 2 pm on the same day. The sudden disappearance and financial activity have heightened fears for Vipin’s safety.

Struggles with Police Response

Sriparna’s efforts to report her husband missing were met with initial resistance from the police. Despite filing an FIR on August 6, she claimed there was little progress. She expressed frustration over the delay, stating that until August 8, the only action was a CD-R location of her husband’s last known whereabouts.

Efforts to escalate the matter were met with further challenges. Sriparna reported that despite contacting higher authorities, including the ACP and DCP via WhatsApp and in person, her pleas for help were largely ignored. On August 9, a meeting with DCP Sanjith VJ at Amritahalli station ended in hostility when she criticized the lack of police action.

Current Status and Plea for Help

The case was later transferred to Inspector Sunil R, who is expected to review CCTV footage related to the case. However, Sriparna noted that she had already provided all necessary details to the inspector on August 4, with no subsequent action taken.

Desperate for answers, Sriparna, who lives in Bengaluru with her two young daughters a 5-month-old and a 14-year-old—has appealed to the public and authorities for immediate assistance. “I am 100% percent sure that he is in danger as a lot of money was withdrawn from his account after he went missing,” she said. She also expressed concern over their planned travel for their young child’s annaprasadam, emphasizing that her husband would never abandon his family.

Sriparna is urging anyone with information to come forward and is seeking prompt action from both the public and the police to trace her missing husband.
