Driver of White Polo Causes Chaos Incident in Sector-37 Leads to Police Complaint and Ongoing Investigation

Details of the Incident

On Monday evening, a dramatic scene unfolded at the Godavari Complex in Sector-37, Noida, when a white Polo car collided with multiple parked vehicles. According to police reports, the driver of the car, identified as Nitish Gupta, was involved in a series of crashes that damaged several cars in the commercial complex.

Confrontation Escalates

The incident escalated when two brothers, Ankur Raghav and his sibling, who were present in the complex, confronted Gupta about the damages. Raghav reported that as they stood discussing the situation, Gupta’s car struck their vehicle along with other parked cars. When the brothers attempted to address the issue, Gupta allegedly reacted aggressively, threatening and misbehaving with them.

Police Response and Investigation

Following the confrontation, Ankur Raghav filed a complaint with the Sector-39 police station. Station House Officer (SHO) Jitendra Kumar Singh confirmed that a case has been registered against Gupta under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. Singh indicated that the police are actively investigating the matter to determine the full extent of the damages and to address the reported threats.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are working to resolve the case and ensure accountability for the incident.
