Elizabeth Debicki Shines in Timeless Elegance at Her First Emmy Win

Elizabeth Debicki Wins First Emmy for Her Role as Princess Diana

Elizabeth Debicki has achieved a major milestone by winning her very first Emmy Award at the 76th Emmy Awards ceremony. She won the award for her outstanding performance as Princess Diana in the popular TV series The Crown.

At the awards ceremony, Elizabeth Debicki made a stunning appearance in a backless Dior gown. Her outfit was paired with beautiful De Beers dangling earrings, giving her a timeless and elegant look. Her makeup was carefully done to enhance her natural beauty without being too heavy. Misha Shahzada, the makeup artist responsible for Debicki’s look, explained that she wanted to use soft pink and nude tones to highlight Debicki’s elegance.

Shahzada began by preparing Debicki’s skin with Dior Prestige products, including the La Micro-Huile de Rose Activated Serum. To achieve a glowing complexion, she used Dior Forever Glow Veil. For a natural pink blush, Shahzada applied Rouge Dior Blush in two shades: #257 Dioriviera to add a hint of color and #100 Diorissimo to emphasize Debicki’s bone structure. The eye makeup was kept neutral and defined to maintain a simple yet sophisticated appearance. On the lips, Shahzada used Rouge Dior Contour to define the shape and Dior Addict Lip Maximizer to add a touch of shine and light.

Overall, Elizabeth Debicki’s look was a perfect example of fresh and elegant makeup that works well both for evening events and daytime occasions.

The sixth season of The Crown focused on Princess Diana’s relationship with Dodi Fayed and her tragic death in Paris. Elizabeth Debicki shared the screen with Pakistani actor Humayun Saeed, who played Dr. Hasnat Ahmed Khan, a close friend of Princess Diana. Debicki spoke highly of Saeed, saying, “I absolutely adored Humayun—he was such a lovely actor and such a beautiful person.” She continued, “You never know how it’s going to feel when working with another actor on such personal and emotional scenes. I was very lucky to have him, and I think he did a beautiful job.”
