It depicts four people sitting on the national flag while playing cards, all of them wearing shoes and slippers. The video was captured in the Yamuna Paar area of Laxmi Nagar in Mathura district, where it has triggered significant public outrage.

Involvement of Government Teacher

Among the accused is an assistant teacher from the Basic Education Department, stationed at Laxmi Nagar Kanya Pathshala. Another individual identified in the video is the driver for the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) of the local electricity department. The remaining two are local residents.
